Term of Use and Licencing Agreement

Before purchasing from us it is important that you read our licencing agreement. We do not refund digital products so it is important that you know how you are able to use the designs. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, then please reach out to us on out contact form.

  1. All designs are for use on products made by you, or someone in your organization only. You are not allowed to print and sell the designs to sell as transfers and are strictly not allowed to use them for print-on-demand services.
  2. All Designs are for your use only, and cannot be resold or shared digitally in any format.
  3. You are not allowed to extract elements from the designs, and/or create your own digital designs using our images.
  4. You are able to add text to any of the designs if you wish but must not alter any of the designs. This includes changing colours, and removing elements, or backgrounds.
  5. Each Design set comes with a free commercial licence to make up to 500 products yourself. This can be extended if you need to, and you can reach out to us at hello@sublimationdesigns.uk
  6. If the design is clip art, these are for you to use on products only, and you are not able to create a digital design to resell using these.
  7. All designs have been created using the correct licences from the original artists, and or AI generation Commercial Licences. Our hand-drawn images will be clearly stated.
  8. Full Copyright of all designs below to DAB Digital Designs Limited.
  9. You must not take images from our site to generate interest from your customers. Mock-Ups will be included with the purchase of the design set.
  10. When advertising the designs using our mock-ups, you must include your own watermark.
  11. DAB Digital Designs Limited reserve the right to withdraw the licence, if we feel that the terms of our licence have been broken.
  12. No refunds are offered on digital products, and if you want an amendment, please contact us, as we can make amendments at an agreed price.
