Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Most of the designs will come in JPEG and PNG Format, and all will be in a minimum of 300 dpi. There will sometimes also be SVG or PSD files, and this will be highlighted on the listing.

You will also receive mock up files, with and without watermarks. If using to advertise you must add your own watermark before hand.

As soon as payment is received you will receive an instant download link.

My files are stored on a Drop box account, and the link will allow you access to download the files.

You do not need to have a Drop box account of your own to access these files. Simply click the link, and then the option go to website (Do Not Sign In or crate an account)

Can’t See them still? Please check the payment has cleared, and you have searched your inbox including spam folder, and have searched for hello@sublimationdesigns.uk

Please ensure you download the files within 7 days, as the link will expire.

From 01/01/2024 we will no longer be resending links after 30 days

Although there are companies out there that offer these designs, This is not something that we offer. All of our designs are free of Copyright protected images and free from trademarks. This also protects you, as you should not be selling products with these images on them.

We certainly do, and we also have a team of artists that we can ask to create specific designs if needed. If you want a completely personal design this can be arranged, and a cost will be agreed upon prior to creating these.

As my products are digital, they are not able to be refunded once purchased. It is encouraged to read the descriptions, on all products, and make sure that you have an understanding of how to add layers to the designs that can be personalized. If there are concerns with the files, or you want additional files, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
